I’m sure JR Ewing might well be turning in his grave at the very thought of NWB based band Elias.T.

I’m sure JR Ewing might well be turning in his grave at the very thought of NWB based band Elias.T.Hoth’s uncompromising devastating new Southern Rock and Blues album “Let Sleepin Demons Lie” being played in the Biggest oil black gold Texas tea State in America!

The brand new album has just been released this week on the internet Dallas Texas USA based “All Southern Rock” ASR Radio Station has taken the station by storm producing an absolutely amazing result for the band!

Firstly the new album single “Hex on you” has gone straight to no ONE getting the most regular daily votes and plays from the shows more than 4,000 radio listeners in America, Europe and the rest of the Globe!

The band are stunned that their original music is having such an impact and in taking the ASR station by storm its is clearly gaining a high profile position in the popularity playing stakes, said front man singer song writer Elias, “when your getting the sort of feedback and votes from local Texans and of course listeners all over the world and above all your own original music is being played up with the late and the great legends like Lynyard Skynyard, it’s just a fantastic feeling and a compliment indeed for the whole band and the album”.

We can’t believe its been received so well, in fact its been welcomed with open arms by both the stations DJ’s and thousands of listeners. We had released it with a little trepidation and were very conscious of the high standards American Southern Rocker have and the fact that original material was from the UK, but that could not be further from the truth, so now it’s official that hard ass mean kick southern rock is global!

Responses have been absolutely and literally rock solid to every album track. At the moment the albums slow and dangerous edgy blues number “Sleazy Hussy Fever” is also proving to have hidden depths and is amazingly catching up fast at No 6 in the ASR top play list charts this week.

The whole album is now actively being available to be played on ASR line on request 24 hours per day so why not just log on to some of the best hard ass mean kickin southern states style rock and blues in the USA. So check out www.allsouthernrock.com

why you so surpirsed! from what i can see youve tailored every aspect of your music to be a blatant homage/pastiche on this genre. this is the homeland of your type of music if you cant make it there then heaven knows where you would!! americans are xenophobic when it comes to music and 90% of middle americans just wanna hear the same thing theyve heard day in day out since they were kids. by fitting this mould and adopting the stereotype in presenting yourselves etc your gonna make some kind of impact, surely? to summarise i wish you the best of luck but at least try and do something original if you do make it, i mean "sleazy hussy fever" come on lads surely youve got better song titles than that!!

Very Very defensive Mr Hoth ...... by all means trumpet your achievements over this forum.. but don't take the piss out of other folks on here. I reckon The Fix were merely stating that you are were you should be given your exhaustive self promotion (no criticism there mind).

However given your respone to the NWB Showcase ("Elias.T.Hoth are potentially interested in supporting the NWB Show case event! How many bands will be playing?) I never expected to find you appearing on the bill. And I was right (for whatever reason).

Each to their own.

p.s. if you're going to champion a genre ...... spell correctly eh? Lynyrd Skynyrd I believe you'll find is the correct spelling.

Yes, it does matter! you think a roling stoans tribute band would get anywhere??

Wow interesting comments.

I love the fact that Elias is totally driven and has huge belief in the music. That's really to be respected, but "Potentially interested" in "Supporting" the showcase, that's a bit of a too full on for my liking, and perhaps makes you look somewhat arrogant.

If you are a full time musician then I could understand you may need to have a higher level awareness for what and where you commit, but otherwise, maybe be a bit more open to the idea of showcasing your band and meeting other NWB users.

I went and it was nice to meet some of the bands I've seen on here.

Good luck with the radio play though guys, I honestly have my fingers crossed for you.

(are you a band or a person by the way??? ( website : Elias .T. Hoth has been writing his own original material and performed in and around the UK rock and blues scene for more than a decade.
But now at last the final deliverance of his new album “LET SLEEPIN DEMONS LIE” ............

...... i'd come and watch you if you were local and I was free

hey the hoth we wont be at the blues fest as we avoid it like the plague, it used to be a gr8 event but is now a bit lacklustre and lost all of the edge that it used to have. in recent years the crowds have dwindled and unless this year is a real turnaround i cant see it lasting more than maybe next two years, i hope im wrong tho!
my initial comment was meant to be a congrats (in a way!) i just dislike bands that try to be something their not and if im honest as much as i love music in general one thing that really turns me off is "southern fried boogie" and grown english men in cowboy hats! but i do wish you the best!!
i must confess i had just come in from the pub a little worse for wear and maybe had my bullish, confident head on! i do stand by my comments but maybe couldve worded them better!

THE FIX...a drunken man always tells the truth!
You should be ashamed of yourself in not supporting a northwest band that maybe, just maybe on the brink of big time. Noticed you've done alot of backpedalling since. What makes you so good anyway? What qualifies you to make such comments? I'll tell you what, jealousy, pure and simple. You're obviously so up your own arse that you are blinded by ignorance. As for self promotion, well its a good job that bands do it, because if we were all as jealous and ignorant and as self righteous as you my friend, nobody would help anybody 'make it'.
Get off your soapbox, you ignoramus, and accept that there are, and always will be, better bands, better musicians and better people out there than you.
And no, I havnt just come in from the pub.
