Feedback, advice and where can I get some cheap?

Has anybody used OCTOBANS? (a la Mike Portnoy/Dream Theater) What make? Any good?

More importantly where can I get some cheap?

you are not going to belive me but i made some once, i was impresed by a set that stu copeland used in police, i made them out of six inch white plastic soil pipe and varied the lengths and tuning, mounted them into a square on one stand, they sounded cool, dont know what happened to them now, maybe they are back underground with poo running through em, yuk
