There yer go Rab I spelt it right this time!! [I think]


Just to say thanks for coming down to the Railway to Wolfpack Rab
Hare o the Dog Andy and the guy from Athena who's name is a blur? [so thaks Mr isablur]
[thought I'd get that in before Viking does! ha ha!]

Not to many in and earache from the landlady before we even started?
"what do need big speakers for, your not playing loud in hear" she said!
we had to pacify her by offering to play some Status Quo [did the trick an she left us to get on with it!]

Enjoyed it emmensely except when yer worst nightmare happened!
Bloody string breaking during an encore and right at the start of the song so had to blag it the whole way through Highway Star!!! bummer bummer bummer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sods law innit??

So,
Rule of playing in Bromley Cross!
make sure you've got some Status Quo in yer set to pacify Mr & Mrs Railway???

Sorry i wimped out guys, felt like crap! The comment about the speakers is insane!! Why the hell do these places put bands on? They are just playing at it and are not doing themselves or the band favours at all.
Safe to say we won't be there any time soon!
