Why are we losing such a good venue? bloody brewerys are losing the plot??


Big Shame this place is going!
What a great gig this is!
except for them bloody pillars!!
Great appreciative crowd [plus the lights were on so got some of them in as you'd expect!]
Thanks to Trig,Dawn and whatsit,an Keef [again] and some guy who came special to watch the drummer??? [there's nowt sa queer as folk eh!]
and all the guys from "One Zero" and there female manager!
We had great time,pity there'll be no chance of a repeat???

Loads ov stories doing the rounds at the mo Mick. It is I believe a listed building so the frontage has to be reatained, whatever else happens. Would be a shame to see it turned to residential/holiday flats.

Time to get of me arse and get one of the more central Blackpool locations up and running as a suitable replacement. Yeah I know We have the Oak, but from feedback I get on a regular basis from Bands,double bookings, No one on the end of the phone etc there is room for another venue willing to put on top shelf Rock bands.

Well Keef you know my thoughts on the Royal Oak, (as you know we should have been on on Friday ) and i got the same Bulls..t excuse to !
but if my Jan date go;s to then i will not be a happy bunny like i always am ehh ? lol

we should form a Co Op and buy the Eddy ,im up for that
