Flea - Red Hot Chili Peppers
Steve Harris - Iron Maiden
Michael Anthony - Van Halen
Doug Wimbish - Living Colour
Stu Hamm - played with Joe Satriani, Steve Vai amongst others
Gene Simmons - Kiss
Cliff Burton - Metallica
James Jamerson - billions of Motown and soul classics
Donald Duck Dunn - Booker T and the MGs and loads of other records

Agree with Grooverman......Guy Pratt...met him in 1990 and hes a real character.... seen him play with Floyd among others many times and the guy is truly an awesome player....effortless and any style too.

Amongst others Re visit 'Millionaire Waltz' from a 'Day at the Races'- simply amazing and who could forget that huge B-flat thump that accompanies Freddies piano / vocal on a certain ditty called ......... Bohemian Rhapsody !!!

Jack Bruce, J.J. Burnel, and Geddy Lee made me want to play bass in the first place. Also Les Claypool, Flea, Lemmy, and Karin Axelsson(Sonic Syndicate)good sound and style and fkin gorgeous.
