start of three day event for charity blackpool @ royal oak

hi tonight see,s the band play on the opening night of a three day event for charity held at the royal oak in blackpool in aid of the northwest air ambulance funds we will be the second band of the evening on around 10:00 pm after the band soulville who kick off the event from 8:00pm this should be a great night of good music to suit different tastes .we made a commitment to play this event some time ago and fully intend to play our part,we know some bands on here including ourselves have had bookings messed up by the venue but after all this is for charity and not just for the venue we do hope some of our supporters will take a little time to come and support the event as you must all agreee it is a worthwhile cause ,,all the best and what ever your doing tonight we hope you have a great night out we know we will cheers,,helvelyn2

Although we are one of the bands messed about, We hope the event is a great success (and i'm sure it will be), as you say it is a worthy cause, one which my mother has worked hard to support over the years.

Have a good one guys.
Yep a very worthy cause and one that The Eddy will be supporting throughout the year as well.
Details of our fundraising events will follow!

I work very closely with Jo from NWAA with other events here in the NW, so the Eddy event will be attended by some of the good folks that operate the service. This year we raised over £1700 for the service, so theres a target worth beating !
