Taste Of Chaos tour!
Eh up all. Last night we had a trip over to Manchester Academy to see the Taste Of Chaos tour featuring KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, IN FLAMES, EVERY TIME I DIE & MAYLENE AND THE SONS OF DISASTER. This isn’t a full review but I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the gig. The mix for all bands was good with sometimes one instrument/vocal just not quite cutting through. All the bands put maximum effort into their playing; no hissy-fits and storming off stage with any of these lot. Killswitch Engage have good melodies for a heavy band and the crowd sang along to (almost) every song. Guitarist Adam D bounced around the stage like a hyperactive kid with knickers (from the audience) hanging from his headstock, wearing a cape, and also the kind if bandanna I’ve not seen since Ian B of Angel Of Sin. An excellent value show for me to see 4 bands of this calibre on one bill.
We are playing the Tarn in Yeadon, Leeds tomorrow and it’d be great to see anyone there who knows us or fancies a change from the usual standards.
