Quiet but Loud ?!?!?
The band members came across as very grumpy at first, complained the room wasn't big enough
which I found to be a bit of an insult, as I know they played at a pub up the road a couple of weeks ago that has less than half the room we have for a band. (Those who have played there will know what I mean).
However the music was good and VERY loud, the customers enjoyed it and we got a few out of towners following the band. Can't fault the performance, twas a bit lost on me cos I'm not really a big fan of Hendrix (or old enough to remember !!).
But they are really nice guys once you get a chance to talk to them.
All in all a quiet night but thoroughly enjoyable. Christmas has a lot to answer to, will be glad when Mad Friday arrives and the build up begins.
